Here is One for “The Woman” in Our Lives

I always felt that generally, mothers are dearer to children than fathers. Your mothers had to carry you little twerps in her tummy for a headache inducing, back-breaking and nerve wrecking 9 months before releasing you little monsters into this world. In a crude way, all your Dad ever contributed DIRECTLY in those 9 months was that one sperm that managed to swim fast enough in the right direction to inseminate the egg.

Somehow, I think that physical bond from that 9 months of pregnancy creates a special bond with our mothers that no father-child relationship can ever emulate. Of course, Thomas Beatie might change the statement I just made, but that is another story.

So! People out there! What have you done to show some love for your Mothers this very day?
