KuKuNehNeh had her birthday on the 10th of April which happened to fall on Good Friday and she had no idea of what was in store for her.
The plan was to have this blog post to go live at 12 midnight on her birthday to tell her that I am bring her to a stay at Sentosa Resort & Spa but she promptly fell asleep 30 minutes before her birthday. So much for plans. WAHAHAHAHAAA!
We were greeted by the very friendly staff at the Sentosa Resort & Spa and we brought to our deluxe room.

Nice looking room

Well equipped and spacious bathroom

Sexy eh? Wahahahaha!
We headed for the beach station for the Luge but the weather didn’t make any exceptions for us on her birthday and it rained not long after we had a quick lunch of delicious but pricey 9″ hotdogs and crispy fries at a beach bar near the beach station. Thinking that the Luge isn’t a very good choice right after the rain, we made plans for the Segway Eco Ride + Fun Ride and it was so much fun!

KKNN and her 9 incher

Segways by the beach!
The Segway is tons of fun! It’s pretty easy to get the hang of using the Segway and not before long, we were zipping by the crowds at Sentosa and getting quite a lot of attention as we manoeuvre across pathways, roads and sand. KuKuNehNeh was a little stiff at 1st but she thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Just a tip for those who intend to try the Segway out at Sentosa. Don’t just pay for the Fun Ride. It’s a good course for beginners to try out the Segway but it’s quite boring compared to the Eco Ride where you will get to go to cruise on the Segway to Tanjong Beach or Siloso Beach with one of their friendly staffs. Do ask the staff to unlock the speed restriction when you are comfortable as the Segway can go up to 20km/hr and it makes it even more exciting.
The day whizzed by very quickly and we retreated back to our room in the evening but I still had one more surprise left for her.
The doorbell rang unexpectedly at 10pm as I actually left prior instructions for champagne and a cake to be brought up and she was absolutely caught unaware. Nothing beats seeing the surprised look on her face as she is the kind who digs information out you if she ever smelt a surprise coming.

Duval Leroy Champagne that I didn't really like

Montebello Cake that she didn't really like

She was absolutely hilarious after downing a couple of glasses of champagne as I caught her dozing off a few times while we were watching a movie; at one time with a half filled champagne glass held in her hands.
I hope that she enjoyed her 25th Birthday as much as I enjoyed planning for it!

I get asked quite often on how I came up with my avatar and some have even went as far as to say that I look pretty much like the cartoon character!

I started to doodle on Flash back in the days before Adobe took over Macromedia and doodled myself using flash with a strong influence by the Japanese manga, ‘Slamdunk’.

It wasn’t soon before long that I tried to doodle others like my Airforce coursemates.

Not too shabby for someone who sucks at drawing eh?
I then started a blog and decide to employ the avatar and I actually created a series of simple flash animations to showcase my moods! These are silly but they are my gems!
This movie requires Flash Player 9

Like em? Wahahahahahaa!

Social Media Breakfast (SMB) is happening again! It’s the 6th time that it has been organized it’s going to be held at Tangs this Saturday.
Date: Saturday, March 28, 2009
Time: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
Location: Island Cafe, Tangs, Orchard
Yeah I know, everyone is wondering why Social Media BREAKFAST is held during dinnertime but let’s not go there.
I do realize that I have been attending only the even numbered SMBs so far, and it’s not even on purpose! And on this 3rd time that I will be attending, I am actually on the panel! Daryl invited me to share about ‘Business to Consumer Engagement’ and I am still not sure how much I can offer to the attendees considering how hard it is for businesses to get money or participation from me.
So register yourself on the Facebook event page and come down this Saturday if you are interested in the local social media scene and network with all the great people that will be there. There will also be the launch of the Virtual Tangs Store in Second Life and support for Earth Hour at 8.30pm.
If that isn’t interesting enough, come down and watch me make a fool out of myself!

I created a facebook fan page sometime back with absolutely no plan in mind on how I am going to utilize it. My erm… ‘adoring fans’ have since grown to a size of 46 as of the time I am writing this blog post and it’s about time I figure out what to give to the fans in facebook besides the rubbish I give everyone in this blog.
So, I have decided to make the facebook fan page a bonus for krisandro.com! Much like extended/uncut/bonus DVD movie releases of extra booby footage, the fans on facebook will get updates that won’t be found on krisandro.com!
How exciting is that? It’s just like the time when you discovered that kissing couldn’t make girls pregnant.
So head over to my facebook fan page as I plug it here shamelessly in font size 36. Be a fan and read the popular facebook meme, “25 random things about me” under ‘Notes’.
