Lots of people have it. So do I. Its nothing harmful. Its just that your body has released the sleep hormone before your mind goes to sleep. I came across your blog while randomly clicking links. I think you might've been suffering from a form of sleep paralysis.... to put it simply, it's when your body falls asleep and your mind's awake. It tends to happen when you're really tired or sleepy, or under the influence of something. I had multiple episodes when I was on painkillers.... my parents thought I was possessed! :p Hey!
